• Previous experience in the drinks trade (whether as a sommelier, in retail, off-trade, and so on);

• A willingness to take on additional responsibilities as they arise;
• An eagerness to learn, coupled with the physical capability to handle large stocks;
• Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends.
