We're seeking a Junior Sommelier who is keen to take on our wine and beverage operations and assist our Restaurant Manager with daily running of the restaurant and service. This role is ideal for someone who is service focused and loves to be on the floor, enjoys a busy service and is confident with wine service and sales, particularly with a high end clientele. In addition to core sommelier duties such as maintaining and enhancing our wine list, stocktake, orders and staff wine training, you will be required to assist with management duties including cash up, closing the venue at night and running the floor when the manager is off duty.

Your Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Junior Sommelier. WSET certification is preferred.
Previous experience in an assistant management role
Desire to work closely with the management team and founders to lead our expansion
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
