Our mission is to build a strong community of customers interested in exploring and enjoying exceptional wine and spirits.
The Role
- Assist the manager in the day-to-day running of the shop.
- Opening and closing duties.
- Serving and assisting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations.
- Help with planning and running monthly tastings and masterclasses for customers.
The Candidate
- Relevant working experience (retail, bar, or restaurant).
- WSET Level 2/3 in wines and/or spirits or relevant experience would be beneficial but not a necessity.
- Be willing to learn – training will be provided.
- Have the physical ability to carry boxes up to 20 kilos.
- Effective communication and customer engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Forward thinking, able to contribute ideas to retaining current clientele, as well as ideas to attract new ones.
