POSITION: Assistant Events Manager
Salary: $52,000 to $58,000 per year based on experience
CAPACITY: Full-time
HOURS: 40+ hours per week on average. Weekends and Holidays as needed.
RG|NY Vineyard is seeking an Assistant Events Manager to work on-site at our office in Riverhead, NY full-time. This positionβs hire will be responsible for supporting the Events Manager with the cultivation and execution of small to medium sized private events, weddings, and public events.
About The Position
The Assistant Events Manager will report directly to the Direct of Events and will have a primary responsibility of communication and execution of weddings held on-site at RG|NY. Tasks will include touring prospective couples around the space, booking weddings, communication with booked brides and grooms, and day-of wedding executions. Secondarily, this hire will be responsible for helping plan and execute private events, corporate events and public events held at RG|NY. This position has flexible hours at times, but the Assistant Events Manager must be willing to work weekends and late hours during events and weddings as needed.
