About Our Open Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic sales and hospitality team as an Assistant Membership Manager. The Assistant Membership Manager will support the Direct-to-Consumer Manager with daily club operations, customer service, and Zaca Mesa and Tread in-house fulfillment. They will handle incoming calls and emails to assist customers with inquiries and orders. This person must communicate professionally and courteously, aligning with the mission of Zaca Mesa Winery & Tread Wines.
