St. Julian Winery, Michigan’s oldest and largest winery, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our Rockford Tasting Room team. What You’ll Do
✨ Partner with the Tasting Room Manager to oversee daily operations
✨ Lead engaging wine tastings and support events that drive sales and guest engagement
✨ Coach, mentor, and support team members to deliver exceptional service
✨ Create and maintain eye-catching merchandising displays and promotions
✨ Ensure a smooth and memorable guest experience from start to finish
✨ Assist with planning and executing wine events and community experiences
✨ Step in as a leader on the floor, ensuring operations run efficiently

Experience That’s a Plus
⭐ 2+ years of retail, hospitality, or customer service experience
⭐ Previous leadership or supervisory experience
⭐ Wine knowledge or interest in learning more

📍 Location: Rockford Tasting Room
🕒 Full-Time | 8-hour shifts (including weekends and holidays)
