Assistant Store Manager – Wine & Spirits | Full-Time

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Assistant Manager who enjoys helping customers discover great products and keeping a busy store running smoothly.

Your Role:

• Lead opening/closing, checkout, cash handling, and NJ Lottery operations.
• Recommend wines and spirits with confidence.
• Support staff training, scheduling, and teamwork.
• Keep shelves stocked, displays inviting, and the store looking its best.
• Help showcase products on Instagram and Facebook.

What You Bring:

• 3–5 years of liquor store sales experience or 2+ year of liquor store management experience.
• Strong wine and spirits knowledge, communication, and computer skills.
• A dependable attitude and pride in great customer service.
• Availability for 40+ hours weekly, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfort standing for extended periods.
