Deer Creek Winery at Brooks Estate in Shippenville, PA 16254PA is seeking an energetic individual to live on- site(or near by) and manage the property. This does not include wine making/production. The selected individual will manage all aspects of the retail property, including B&B reservations, marketing, guest service, basic maintenance, café management, retail winery/gift shop, and banquet facilities, with the help of current staff.

Compensation includes a studio apartment. Our facility is open year-round and includes 12 Inn rooms, kitchen for breakfast and café dining, retail, banquet space for about 120 people. Short vacations are feasible with the staff we have. This is a hands-on team environment looking for a leader to motivate, train, and encourage.
