Bookkeeper / Inside Sales Representative at Tassel Ridge Winery

Are you a detailed oriented professional who enjoys working with numbers but also craves variety and customer interaction beyond the typical Bookkeeper role? Tassel Ridge Winery is looking for a unique individual to join our team as a Bookkeeper / Inside Sales Representative!

This full-time, benefits-eligible position combines traditional bookkeeping responsibilities with insides sales activities. You'll play a key role in maintaining financial records, supporting, international operations, and building relationships with retailers.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with some flexibility available

What we are Looking For

• Education beyond high school (Associate's degree in Accounting preferred) or 5+ years of experience
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Proven work history and reliability
• Self-motivated with exceptional computer proficiency

What You'll Do

• Perform daily financial transactions and keep accurate records
• Coordinate accounts payable for Interpower Components Ltd (Milton Keynes, England Location)
• Sell Tassel Ridge wines to retailers
• Support outside Sales Representatives
• Generate various financial and sales reports
• Manage retailer liquor licenses and tax-exempt certificates
