HIRING - MOUNTAIN SUN BREWER

The Mountain Sun Breweries are seeking an experienced Brewer to join our award-winning Brewery Team! We are a family of Pubs that have been part of the Colorado brewing community since 1993 with Breweries in Boulder and Denver.

Compensation range of $22/hr. - $25/hr. based on experience level. Benefits package included.

Our Brewers are responsible for the entire brewing and delivery process from grain to glass and warehouse to pub. The right candidate will be safety-minded, quality-focused, efficient, have a great work ethic, a hunger to learn, a positive attitude and enjoy being part of a team.

All Applicants should:

● Have a passion for producing high quality craft beer

● Have strong problem-solving and communication skills

● Have excellent computer skills with proficiency (spreadsheets, email) and comfort with technology

● Have a flexible schedule to work all shifts (including weekends)

● Enjoy physical work and be able to repeatedly lift 55 lbs.

● Be able to follow all SOP’s for quality assurance

● Have a clean driving record

● Have work experience driving a Forklift and Box Truck

● Have a Four-Year College Degree (formal Brewing Education is a plus)

● Have at least 1 year of paid experience in Commercial Brewing (preferably with a Production background)

● Be able to keep precise records for Raw Materials, Government Records, Production Records and Shipping / Receiving Records

● Be able to independently manage all Brewing Operations including, but not limited to: Raw Material Handling, Brewhouse Operations, Cellar Operations, Tank CIP’s, Yeast Management, Keg Cleaning, Keg Deliveries and Warehouse Management.

Primary location is at our Vine St. Denver brewery facility however all applicants must be able to commute between Boulder, Denver and Longmont as dictated by Brewery Production.
