We are a staffing partner helping a prestigious Napa Valley winery find a talented Business Development Manager.

Position Overview:

The Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving sales, building relationships, and expanding market presence. This role requires a mix of strategic planning, client relationship management, and hands-on sales execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive new business opportunities and increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
  • Represent the winery at events, tastings, and industry functions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives and product launches.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of business development, sales, or account management experience in the wine or spirits industry.
  • Strong knowledge of wine markets, distributors, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Ability to travel locally and regionally as needed.
  • Passion for wine and hospitality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
