•       Set up for tastings and events across all spaces (office, tasting room, and the Pavilion) and ensure thorough clean-up when they conclude.

•       Assist with all hospitality activities ranging from intimate tastings to lunches and dinner events.

•       Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times with guests, colleagues, and partners.

•       Have an innate ability to be flexible and adapt to the evolving needs of the team and guests.

QUALIFYING SKILLS

•       Experience with highly allocated wine or luxury brands is preferred.

•       2-5 years of experience in a direct sales, wine club, or customer-facing hospitality role.

•       Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a relationship-driven environment.

•       Excellent guest service skills and demonstrated ability to engage with an affluent customer base.

•       Familiarity with DTC wine shipping compliance (Sovos ShipCompliant or similar) preferred.

•       Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
