Wölffer Estate Vineyard, an award-winning winery in the heart of the Hamptons, is looking for a Customer Experience Associate to join our team! If you have a passion for hospitality, love providing top-notch customer service, and enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the Voice of Wölffer – Handle high-volume calls, emails, and live chat inquiries with warmth and professionalism
• Provide Exceptional Service – Educate customers about our wines, assist with orders, reservations, and experiences.
• Process Orders & Shipments – Provide support during quarterly wine club shipments.
• Stay Organized – Assist with administrative tasks, data entry, and reporting.
• Be a Team Player – Support the Customer Experience Manager and collaborate with various departments.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, administration, or hospitality
• Outstanding phone and email etiquette
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Excel, reservation, and point-of-sale software
• A self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills
• Passion for providing a premium guest experience

Schedule & Compensation:

April - September: Full-time (40 hours/week)

October- March: Part-time (16-24 hours/week)

$20-$22 per hour
