Job Overview
We are seeking an Event Operations Associate to play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences at Crow River Winery. This person is responsible for event setup, room turnovers, breakdown, and general event support for gatherings ranging from intimate meetings to large-scale weddings. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set up and reset event and bar spaces according to detailed floor plans, timelines, and other specifications
- Arrange and move tables, chairs, linens, décor, signage, and event equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of event spaces before and after events, and during events when applicable
- Support basic décor placement and breakdown
- Assist with trash removal, post-event cleaning, and laundry
- Work closely with the Events and Hospitality teams to ensure seamless execution
- Maintain organization of storage areas and event inventory
- Support kitchen with catering orders as needed
- Other duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to lift and carry 30–50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable being on feet for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Flexible availability, especially weekends and early mornings; may include evenings and some holidays
- Driver’s license and ability to reliably commute to and from worksite
- Prior hospitality, event, or venue experience is a plus
SCHEDULE
- Part-time, hourly
- Primarily early mornings and weekends, with some weeks and evenings based on event calendar
- Variable hours depending on season and event volume

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6.0 – 20.0 per week
