Hours: Wednesday – Sunday lunch service, with occasional evenings for special events

Andis Wines is a dynamic and welcoming winery in the Sierra Foothills, known for exceptional wines, hospitality, and a commitment to quality. We’re expanding our culinary program and seeking a dedicated Flatbread Cook to join our team and grow with us.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a motivated cook to craft delicious flatbreads using our pizza oven and assist in developing our evolving kitchen program. The ideal candidate can work independently, takes initiative, and is open to feedback to ensure consistency and quality in every dish.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook flatbreads to order using a pizza oven
• Prepare cheese and charcuterie boards, and other small menu items
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen workspace
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service
• Order and organize supplies while managing food inventory
• Occasionally assist with special events and wine pairings

Qualifications:

• Experience in a kitchen or similar role, preferably with pizza/flatbreads
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of food costs and inventory management
• Wine knowledge is a plus, with a willingness to learn
