  • Assists in creating a welcoming, hospitality-focused environment throughout all spaces.

  • The role is intentionally designed to remain mobile throughout all spaces to improve guest experience, operational flow, and hospitality support.



  • Responsibilities

    • Assists guests with the ordering process and overall flow

    • Helps educate guests on beer, food, specials, and offerings

    • Assists with POS troubleshooting and general guest questions

    • Supports table turnover and light dining room maintenance when needed

    • Communicates guest issues or operational bottlenecks directly to management or operational liaison

    • May assist with simple transaction support ONLY when operationally appropriate

    • Supports guest food ordering and flow at the food stand



  • Guest Support Functions

    • Quick QR troubleshooting

    • Simple tab clarification

    • Helping guests start orders

    • Directing traffic

    • Answering questions

    • Host/Hostess duties



  • $11 an hour plus a majority of pooled tips.
