Job Description:

We are currently looking for a head cook for our winery.

Responsibilities:

- Preparing light foods and appetizers

- Management of the kitchen

- Ensuring efficient operation of kitchen

- Ensuring kitchen sanitation and safety standards are being followed

- Participates in weekly management meetings

- Other duties as required

Requirements:

- Availability to work weekends

- Reliable and punctual

Hours per week:

  • 35-40

  • Thursday
  • Friday
  • Saturday
  • Sunday

Typical end time:

  • 6:00 pm or 8:00PM
