Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and versatile General Worker to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes, particularly within the food industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sanitation practices, food safety regulations, and mechanical knowledge, contributing to the overall efficiency and safety of our operations.

- MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR ALL 3 SHIFTS
Duties
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness throughout the facility in compliance with HACCP and CGMP guidelines.
- Assist in various manufacturing processes, including brewing and packaging, ensuring adherence to food safety protocols.
- Operate forklifts and other machinery safely and efficiently to transport materials within the warehouse.
- Support production lines by performing tasks such as sorting, packing, and labeling products.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and machinery to identify any maintenance needs or safety hazards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while maintaining quality standards.
- Participate in training sessions on food safety practices and operational procedures.
Experience
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with sanitation practices, HACCP principles, and CGMP regulations is highly beneficial.
- Mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills are advantageous for maintaining equipment functionality.
- Experience in brewing or craft beer production is a plus but not mandatory.
- A background in the food industry with an emphasis on food safety will be considered an asset.
