Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Hospitality Associate based in Woodside, CA. The Hospitality Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, facilitating wine tastings, and educating visitors about the winery's history and products. Additional responsibilities include managing reservations, assisting with event setups, maintaining an organized and clean workspace, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations of the tasting room and events.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Knowledge of wine and wine service, with a passion for learning about viticulture and winemaking
• Ability to handle point-of-sale systems, reservations, and basic cash handling
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
• Adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and carry up to 40 pounds
• Candidates with prior hospitality, event coordination, or food and beverage experience will be preferred but not required
• Must be at least 21 years old and have reliable transportation to Woodside, CA
