Lescombes Family Vineyards is the premier vineyard and winery in the state of New Mexico. Our current locations consist of our bistro locations: Albuquerque Cottonwood, Albuquerque Old Town, Alamogordo, and Las Cruces; Hervé Wine Bar in Santa Fe; and a tasting room adjacent to the winery in Deming. Come be part of a unique opportunity as a Key Hourly Manager at our Santa Fe Bistro location. We are looking for an outgoing, customer service-driven individual with management experience. The ideal candidate will be able to have a flexible work schedule and be available to work weekdays and weekends.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for achieving shift labor budgets
• Be passionate about running shifts, taking care of our guests, coaching the team, and setting an example with a positive attitude
• Responsible for cash handling and office security
• Switch to serving on shifts as needed
• Perform related duties as assigned by the General Manager
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Enjoys working in a fastpaced environment and is able to prioritize tasks while providing friendly, professional customer service.
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices

Physical requirements:

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards
• Must be able to stand for a long period
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly on the telephone
