$19–20/hour plus Back of House tip pool (averaging upwards of $22–26/hour with tips)
Small neighborhood bistro seeking experienced cooks. We're 2 blocks from the Seattle-Bainbridge Ferry Terminal with a strong local following and seasonal tourist traffic.
What we're looking for: 2+ years kitchen experience preferred. Culinary school graduates welcome. Experience with Classic and New American cuisine, prep, and plating is a plus.
What we offer: Cross-training and mentorship with our professional team. Back of House tip pool and staff meals each shift.
Bistro Hours: Wed–Sun (lunch 12pm–3pm, happy hour 3pm–5pm, dinner 5pm–9pm).
