The ULC is
looking for a Chef to oversee the operations of our kitchen!
Duties will
include, but not limited to:
Oversee
kitchen operations, including ingredient prep, equipment maintenance, and
sanitation, ensure food quality and presentation, and monitor food production
costs, follow kitchen safety standards and health codes, and ensure compliance
with regulations, cook entrees, appetizers, salads, and more, and ensure food
is presented well, supervise cooks and other kitchen staff.
Special Requirements: Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check. Must have covid vaccine or exemption.
