Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated, hands-on team member to help maintain and improve our property, equipment, and grounds. This versatile role combines facilities maintenance, farm work, and property management to keep our operation running smoothly year-round.
Schedule:
- Regular Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Peak Season: September and October require weekend shifts (with Tuesdays and Wednesdays off)
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete general maintenance and construction projects around the property
- Wash windows, coolers, and equipment
- Weed gardens, Weed Whack patio beds and in the Orchard/ vineyard, and perform hand work among the vines
- Ability to work independently and trouble shoot problems
- Operate equiptment when needed (tractors, mowers etc.)
- Perform routine oil changes and basic maintenance on equipment and vehicles
- Troubleshoot and repair tools, machinery, and systems as needed
- Remove snow and manage ice during winter months
- Assist with pruning and brush removal in the winter
- Assist with parking and orchard monitoring during the fall season
- Manage trash and recycling disposal
- Assist with tree trimming and general landscaping
- Clean and maintain equipment after use
- Support the harvest process and seasonal agricultural tasks
- Be the extra set of hands to assist wherever needed across the property
Requirements:
- Experience with basic maintenance, landscaping, or farm work preferred
- Ability to operate and maintain a variety of equipment safely (training available)
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
- Flexible, team-oriented attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Valid driver’s license
Compensation:
$24–$26 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
