The Willamette Valley Wineries Association (WVWA) is seeking an experienced and mission-driven Membership & Partnership Manager to strengthen relationships across one of the world’s most renowned wine regions.

As the primary liaison for nearly 400 winery, vineyard, hospitality, and industry members, this role is central to communicating the value of WVWA membership, cultivating new members, and growing sponsorship support for key programs and events. The Manager will oversee member recruitment and retention, coordinate member-facing events, and ensure accurate data management, while proactively representing the WVWA at industry gatherings.

This position also holds a leadership role in developing and launching WVWA’s consumer membership program in 2026—a new initiative designed to connect wine enthusiasts more closely with the Willamette Valley.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Serving as the main contact for all membership, sponsorship, and partnership inquiries
  • Developing and executing recruitment and retention strategies
  • Cultivating and managing sponsor relationships for WVWA programs including the Willamette Valley Wine Auction
  • Organizing member-facing events such as the Annual Meeting, Marketing Bootcamp, and networking activities
  • Maintaining accurate membership data and tracking engagement
  • Coordinating communication to drive participation in WVWA initiatives
  • Representing WVWA at industry and community events

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Background in membership services, association management, or sponsorship development
  • Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience in event planning and partner engagement
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and CRM systems; Adobe Creative Suite preferred
  • Based in the greater Portland/Willamette Valley area with ability to work remotely and attend in-person events
  • Passion for the Willamette Valley wine community
  • Ability to work independently while being deeply collaborative
  • Personable, professional approach to member engagement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
