Mobile Wine Bottling Operator – CDL Class A
Travel the Mid-Atlantic • Work With Wineries • Fix Things • Meet People
Pay: $17.00–$30.00/hr
Location: Based in Virginia; travel throughout NJ/PA/VA/NC
Wine & Beer Supply is looking for someone who loves adventure, enjoys meeting new people, and gets real satisfaction out of making things work. If you like solving problems, fixing equipment, and being the hero who saves the day at a winery, this is a job you’ll actually look forward to.
This is a full-time, year-round role—not seasonal—supporting some of the most unique wineries in the Mid-Atlantic. You’ll travel up and down wine country in a fully outfitted mobile bottling tractor-trailer, rolling into vineyards and helping customers bottle their wines right at the source.
If you enjoy the idea of seeing new places, working with your hands, and becoming part of the region’s winemaking community, this may be the best job you’ve never heard of.
What You’ll Get to Do
- Drive one of our mobile bottling lines (Class A CDL required) to beautiful wineries across the Mid-Atlantic
- Set up and operate the bottling line on-site
- Troubleshoot and fix mechanical or electrical issues as they arise
- Work side-by-side with winery teams—from small family vineyards to larger producers
- Problem-solve in real time and keep bottling days running smoothly
- Build relationships with customers who genuinely appreciate the work you do
- Represent a company known for reliability, professionalism, and great service
Why This Job Is Actually Fun
- You’ll see new places constantly. Your “office” changes every day.
- You’ll get to know winery owners, winemakers, and production teams. It’s a social, people-driven role.
- Every day brings a new challenge. If you love solving problems and fixing things, you’ll never be bored.
- You’re providing something essential. Customers rely on you for a critical part of their production.
- You’ll feel proud of the work. By the end of the day, you’ve bottled thousands of finished products that go straight to consumers.
Schedule & Travel
- January–May: Peak bottling season (heavier travel, about 30% overnight)
- June–August: Lighter travel with more predictable days
- September–December: Reduced hours, but you still receive full-time pay
- Home weekends, but occasionally travel begins on a Sunday afternoon when busy
- Travel throughout VA, NC, MD, and NJ
What We’re Looking For
- Class A CDL (required unless already have direct wine bottling experience)
- Strong mechanical or electrical aptitude
- Someone who enjoys solving problems with their hands and staying calm under pressure
- A friendly, professional, customer-focused attitude
- Willingness to travel regularly
- A sense of humor and an ability to roll with the unexpected (it’s bottling—something always happens)
What We Offer
- Full-time, year-round employment
- Competitive pay with room for advancement
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- 401(k) with company match
- Paid time off
- Flexible scheduling
- A role that combines travel, hands-on mechanical work, relationship-building, and genuinely interesting customers
- The chance to work in one of the most enjoyable and growing sectors of the craft beverage industry
If you’re the kind of person who likes fixing things, enjoys being on the road, and wants a job where no two days look the same, we’d love to talk.
