The Walls, PÁŠXA, and Stanley Groovy represent three of Washington’s most compelling wine brands — from story-driven, site-expressive bottlings to the super-premium wines bringing new attention to our region. We’re looking for a polished, ambitious sales professional to join our growing team.

This role blends sales execution, distributor partnership, national market development, and brand stewardship. You’ll work directly with our GM and collaborate with a National Sales Organization, supporting distributor-led markets while owning direct relationships in key regions.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and grow placements in priority markets
  • Support and motivate distributor teams nationwide
  • Lead staff trainings, tastings, events, and trade education
  • Maintain strong CRM discipline and organized pipelines
  • Coordinate samples, POS, and program execution
  • Support major launches and strategic initiatives
  • Travel ~30–50% to high-impact markets

Who You Are

  • Experienced in winery or distributor outside sales
  • Strong communicator with excellent presentation skills
  • Organized, CRM-driven, and accountable
  • Comfortable with pricing, programming, and distributor language
  • Energetic, polished, and opportunity-focused
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Bonus: Based in or near Seattle, WA

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $80,000–$110,000
  • Performance-based bonus

🧭 Physical Requirements

(Kept lean and LinkedIn-friendly)

  • Able to lift/carry a case of wine (40–50 lbs)
  • Frequent standing, walking, stairs during events & travel
  • Ability to travel extensively, including driving long distances
  • Sense of taste/smell adequate for evaluating wine
  • Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
