We are currently seeking an aspiring Oak Product Specialist to help expand and grow our Oak winemaking products within the Scott Lab portfolio.
The Oak Product Specialist will be primarily responsible for the daily management of incoming calls and orders for the Oak lab. This is a customer-centric position with general administrative tasks that involves strong communication amongst departments and interfaces daily with customers.

Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Manage Oak inventory and forecasting of product demand
- Support data entry, order processing, and internal reporting
- Maintain accurate records of trial outcomes and feedback
- Provide technical consultation and troubleshooting support to both customers and internal stakeholders
- Partner with sales representative to provide technical backup and post-sale support
- Conduct product presentations and technical training for internal teams
- Attend occasional trade shows and events to support brand and product awareness
- Build strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers within the wine and beverage industry
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Enology, Food Science, or related technical discipline preferred
- 2–4 years of experience in the wine industry, preferably with exposure to oak products
- Prior customer-facing or technical support experience highly desirable
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple trials and administrative tasks
- Technically proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; Salesforce experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to remote customer visits and industry events as needed
Salary Range: $75 – $90k DOE
Hybrid position reporting to the Petaluma, CA location
