About the opportunity 

VintEdge is a 110,000-square-foot custom crush winery, storage and fulfillment center in Napa, California – Napa Valley’s one stop shop for premium winemaking and distribution. Napa Jack is its affiliated  premium wine brand. Together they represent  something rare in the wine business: a fully-equipped production company and an established brand  — backed by committed ownership with a track record of  building and scaling hundreds of successful enterprises, and determined to win in wine. 

We are hiring a strategic-minded Commercial Sales & Marketing Lead to own and grow the commercial engine across  both businesses. This is a builder's role with real assets already in place: a celebrated winemaker, finished wine, and a one-of-a-kind production and fulfillment facility.

What you'll own 

Napa Jack brand sales & marketing —  nationwide direct-to-consumer, wine club (to be developed), wholesale,  and on-premise. 

VintEdge custom crush business development — booking production capacity and building a multi year client pipeline of winemakers and brand owners. 

New brand launch and development — you will shape brand identity,  channel strategy, and go-to-market for new brands. 

The full marketing stack — brand, digital and e-commerce, social, trade marketing, and  events. 

What you bring 

8+ years of wine industry sales and/or marketing leadership. 

A proven track record closing premium wine ($50–$200+ per bottle) in both direct-to-consumer and  wholesale channels. 

Experience building or scaling a wine club from the ground up. 

Experience creating and scaling wine brands from inception. 

Custom crush or production-services business development experience (strong plus)

Comfort operating across multiple affiliated entities and reading the financials behind your  commercial decisions. 

A self-starter who is energized by building, not maintaining. 

What we offer 

Base salary of $135,000–$185,000, commensurate with experience, plus a performance bonus.
