As our portfolio continues to grow, we are expanding our footprint and seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead our growth in the San Diego and surrounding territories.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue, distribution, and brand growth objectives
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities, key accounts, and retail placements across all channels
  • Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with distributors, buyers, key retailers and partners
  • Drive execution of merchandising standards, including shelf placement, pricing, displays, point-of-sale materials, and promotional programs
  • Conduct regular market visits, ride-alongs, store checks, and account reviews to ensure brand visibility and execution excellence
  • Plan and support tastings, promotions, events, and brand activations to increase awareness and trial
  • Provide exceptional customer service and promptly address account inquiries, issues, and concerns
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal alcohol regulations and company policies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and merchandising
  • Strong knowledge of the market and industry trends
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Experience in account management and building long-term customer relationships
