We’re looking for energetic, reliable individuals to join us for grape harvest season at Sterling Valley Vineyard! This is a great opportunity to enjoy the outdoors, work with a fun team, and be part of the exciting process that brings our wines to life.
Position Details
- Job Type: Seasonal (approximately 4-6 weeks)
- Schedule: Flexible shifts; primarily mornings and early afternoons (weather dependent)
- Location: Sterling Valley Vineyard, Oswego, NY
Responsibilities
- Hand-pick grapes during harvest season
- Handle fruit with care to maintain quality
- Follow vineyard team instructions to ensure efficient and safe harvesting
- Assist with carrying and loading bins of grapes
Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs
- Punctual, dependable, and a team player
- No prior vineyard experience necessary—training provided!
Compensation

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
