A Taste of What You'll Do
Join Rombauer Vineyards as a Tasting Room Assistant (Retail Service Support Worker) and play an essential role in creating exceptional guest experiences. In this hands-on position, you will help maintain a welcoming, organized, and customer-focused environment while supporting tasting room operations, retail sales, and hospitality experiences. Your work will ensure that visitors enjoy memorable interactions that reflect our commitment to quality, service, and hospitality.
You will support daily tasting room activities by keeping workspaces stocked, clean, and guest-ready, assisting with product merchandising, maintaining inventory displays, and helping prepare for guest visits and special events. You will also collaborate with teammates to welcome guests, support reservations and retail transactions, and provide information that enhances the overall winery experience.
Success in this role comes from having a strong customer service mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment. If you enjoy working as part of a team, take pride in creating exceptional experiences, and thrive in an active setting that combines hospitality, retail, and winery operations, this could be the opportunity for you.
