Position Overview:
The Tasting Room Associate will welcome guests, guide them through wine tastings, and provide an inviting atmosphere that reflects the winery’s culture. This role is guest-focused, with opportunities to share knowledge about our wines and encourage wine club membership in a warm, approachable manner.
Schedule & Hours:
- Part-time position
- Regular hours: Sundays, 11:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Occasional shifts: Wednesdays & Saturdays, 11:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage guests with genuine hospitality.
- Lead wine tastings and provide information about our wines, winery, and membership program.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting tasting room environment.
- Assist with set-up, clean-up, and restocking as needed.
- Process purchases and provide excellent customer service at point of sale.
- Support winery events and private group tastings when scheduled.
Qualifications:
- Previous hospitality, retail, or tasting room experience preferred, but not required.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
