We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Tasting Room Associate to join our team at a growing Winery in Fredericksburg, TX. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our sales and service operations, ensuring that all wines and food items are prepared, stored, and handled according to safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wine and customer service, with experience in fine dining or catering environments being highly valued.
Duties
- Assist with event and sales preparation tasks, ensuring that all items are ready for service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility, adhering to food safety and alcohol handling protocols.
- Support the team by providing timely assistance during busy service periods.
- Handle all items with care, following proper food/alcohol handling procedures to ensure quality and safety.
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate smooth operations during banquets and catering events.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with any special needs or requests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, catering, or as a dietary aide is preferred.
- Strong understanding of food and alcohol safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of fine dining standards is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to help others.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $24.07 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 39 per week
