Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tasting Room Associate located in Crozet, VA. The Tasting Room Associate will be responsible for guiding wine tastings, assisting customers with wine selections, managing sales transactions, and maintaining an inviting atmosphere in the Tasting Room. Additionally, the role involves education on our wines and the winemaking process, ensuring a memorable experience for all guests.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and appreciation of Wine Education and Wine Sales
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to work weekends and holidays
• Experience in the wine industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in wine-related studies is beneficial
