Goose Ridge Estate Winery is family-owned, estate-grown and driven by innovation, hospitality, and a commitment to quality. As Washington’s first winery with four tasting rooms and home to a growing cider and distillery program we’re redefining what hospitality means in wine country.

We are currently hiring for two part-time positions in our Leavenworth tasting room. This is your chance to join a passionate, supportive team in a beautiful setting.

Position Highlights:

• Welcome and guide guests through memorable wine and cider tasting experiences
• Actively grow and retain our wine and cider club
• Share our story and build relationships both on-site and at off-site events
• Assist with day-to-day operations including administrative and retail duties
• Contribute to a team culture that puts hospitality first

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in wine, hospitality, or sales is preferred, but enthusiasm, curiosity, and a willingness to learn and sell go a long way
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
• Self-motivated with a drive to hit sales goals and build lasting connections
• Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs consistently and stand for long periods of time
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• MAST Class 12 Permit and Washington Food Handler’s Card required (or willing to obtain)
• Comfortable using a web-based POS system and basic computer programs

Job Details:

• Part-time: Approximately 24–32 hours per week, with potential for more
• Weekends are required
• Compensation is based on experience and availability. (hourly, tips and commission)
