Role Description

This is a temporary on-site role for a Vineyard Hand, located in the Greater Pittsburgh Region. The Vineyard Hand will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including planting, pruning, harvesting, and maintaining the health of the vines. Additional duties involve assisting with the irrigation system, managing pests and diseases, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the vineyard. The role involves physical labor and requires working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience in vineyard or agricultural work
• Knowledge of planting, pruning, and harvesting techniques
• Ability to operate and maintain vineyard equipment and tools
• Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Previous experience in viticulture or related field is a plus
