Responsibilities
- Perform pruning of grapevines to promote healthy growth and maximize yield.
- Assess the condition of vines and identify areas that require trimming or care.
- Utilize various tools and equipment for grape trimming and maintenance.
- Assist with general vineyard maintenance tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and quality results.
Skills
- Proficiency in grape care techniques, including pruning and trimming.
- Knowledge of growing practices specific to vineyards is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform labor-intensive tasks in various weather conditions.
