Part-Time Warehouse & Operations Associate

Position Overview:
Prince Michel Winery is seeking a dependable and motivated Part-Time Warehouse & Operations Associate to support our winery operations. This position plays a key role in warehouse organization, inventory management, facility maintenance, product deliveries, and event logistics. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. This is a physically active position that requires frequent lifting, movement of inventory and equipment, and a strong commitment to workplace safety.
This position offers room for growth within the company and provides a great opportunity to gain experience in winery operations, logistics, and event support.
Schedule:
- Part-Time Position
- Up to 32 hours per week
- Flexible schedule, including occasional weekends and special events as needed
Responsibilities:
- Assist with general warehouse operations and organization
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock levels
- Receive, store, and organize products and supplies
- Support facility and grounds maintenance projects
- Assist with festival and event setup, breakdown, deliveries, and equipment pickup
- Deliver and pick up winery products, materials, and supplies as needed
- Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently
- Follow safety procedures and company policies
- Work collaboratively with team members across multiple departments
- Complete assigned tasks independently and efficiently
- Commitment to following all company safety policies, procedures, and safe work practices
- Ability to operate vehicles, equipment, and tools in a safe and responsible manner
- Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and move products, equipment, and supplies weighing 50 pounds or more
- Ability to safely load and unload vehicles and equipment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Must have a safe driving record and be insurable under the winery's vehicle insurance policy
- Ability to operate company vehicles safely and responsibly
- CDL Class B preferred but not required
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail; prior warehouse supervisor experience is a plus
- Previous warehouse, maintenance, delivery, or inventory experience is a plus

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
