Stone Hill Winery is seeking a full-time Wine Production Technician. This position involves working in all aspects of wine production from grape processing to the bottling line.
This is an entry level position into the production side of the wine industry.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting will all aspects of the wine production process.
- Take direction from the winemaker in daily activities.
- Using chemicals, water hoses, and specialized equipment.
- Participate in all aspects of the harvest process.
Success Factors:
- The ideal candidate would be capable of working independently and within a team in a positive and professional manner.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift, climb ladders, and operate equipment.
- Willing and able to work overtime hours.
- Comfortable working in cool wine cellar environment.
- Dairy or food processing experience is helpful.
