Compensation: Competitive hourly wage, overtime available

Start Date: September 2nd, 2025 (flexible for some roles)

Located in the heart of Oregon’s Willamette Valley, 12th & Maple Wine Co. is a large-scale, quality-driven custom crush winery dedicated to producing world-class wines for our clients. Our team brings together passion, precision, and a love for the craft of winemaking. Harvest is our most exciting time of year—and we’re looking for energetic, hands-on seasonal team members to help make the magic happen.

Positions Available

We’re hiring full-time seasonal workers to support our winemaking operations during harvest. No experience is necessary—we’ll train the right people who are eager to learn, show up on time, and bring a strong work ethic.

Open positions include:

• Harvest Cellar Crew – Crush pad support, grape processing, pump-overs, roto-vac and centrifuge, wine racking, cleaning equipment and tanks.
• Adds team – Inoculations, additions to juice and wine, flotation, inventory monitoring.

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work long shifts on your feet
• Flexibility to work up to 6 days a week, evenings, weekends, and overtime
• Reliable transportation to the winery
• Team player with a great attitude and attention to detail
• Prior forklift experience is a plus
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be at least 18 years old

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 72 per week
