We are seeking a friendly and organized Brand Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the point of contact for our off site wine tastings. This role is essential in creating awareness of our brand in surrounding communities.
Responsibilities
- Greet consumers professionally and cheerfully.
- Manage the tasting table responsibly.
- Communicate effectively.
- Handle tastings with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain cleanliness, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Provide information about the winery as needed.
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality, preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on guest relations.
- Wine knowledge and Wine service experience
- Proficient etiquette for handling inquiries professionally.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 12 per week
