Job Description:

You can earn *tips* in this position. We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team. As an employee in our Wine Shop and Tasting Room, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring an enjoyable experience for all our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Conduct wine tastings and educate customers about our wines
• Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the retail space
• Assist with stocking shelves and inventory management

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Knowledge and passion for wine is a plus, but not required (we provide training!)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Availability to work weekends and holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
