Our tasting room provides a relaxed yet engaging atmosphere where every day brings new opportunities to connect with wine enthusiasts from around the world. With a competitive hourly rate plus a generous daily tip pool, you can earn upwards of $28 per hour while sharing your passion for our exceptional wines. Tasting Room Associates will work a minimum of four days per month, including Fridays, Saturdays, and/or Sundays.

Job Expectations:
- Educate guests on wine offerings and convey Walsh philosophy and vineyard details accurately.
- Assist with light food preparation.
- Perform daily tasks including wine sales, membership signups, stocking, table clearing, and maintaining Tasting Room aesthetics.
- Learn and operate Point of Sale systems competently.
- Availability to work a minimum of 4 weekend days per month (Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays), and occasional evenings and holidays as needed.
Qualifications:
- Must be 21+.
- Hospitality experience is highly valued.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 45 lbs.
- Passion for wine and enthusiasm for sharing it with others.
- Positive and fun-loving attitude essential.
- Enjoy engaging with guests and enhancing their experience with extra details.
- Thrive in busy environments with a cheerful demeanor.
- Certifications such as TIPS, WSET, or Food Handlers are beneficial, but not required initially.
