We operate a nationally acclaimed production brewery, brewpub, commissary kitchen, coffee shop and roaster, alongside events & catering. Our production brewery and brewpub are looking for a Brewer to join the team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys expressing themselves through beer and desires to build their brewing skills within a community of dynamic, growing businesses. You’ll be at the epicenter of our emerging concepts, empowered to use your craft to help manage brewing production processes safely and efficiently.

This position is being added to support our continued growth as we expand distribution across new markets. To meet increasing production demand, we are also in the process of commissioning a new brewhouse, and we’re looking for someone excited to help grow with the expansion of our facility.

Who You Are:

• Passionate about beer and fermentation, with an insatiable desire to learn
• Team player, optimistic, empathetic, can work through conflict constructively
• Able to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, and occasionally lift heavy objects

What You’ll Do:

• Support the Production Manager in start-to-finish brewing methods, with consistent execution and flawless attention to detail
• Be a communication channel to the brewers, brewpub staff, and production team to facilitate seamless production while bringing fresh ideas and techniques to the brewing conversation
• “Mise en place” it up! Strive to set-up and maintain an clean, organized workspace in a fast-paced environment while having the utmost focus on quality control and assurance for every process and product

Requirements

• At least two year of brewing experience
• Ability to lift 55lbs from a squatted position regularly
