What You’ll Do

• Master the Grill: Cook and prepare hot and cold menu items quickly and accurately to keep our guests satisfied.


• Stay Safe and Clean: Follow all health and safety standards to ensure food is fresh, delicious, and handled with care.


• Keep It Organized: Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, including stocking supplies and cleaning equipment.


• Support the Team: Assist with food prep, restocking, and ensuring a smooth transition between shifts.

Qualifications

To thrive as a Grill Chef, you’ll bring the following to the table:

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.


• Experience: Previous experience in a retail or food service environment is preferred, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!


• Skills: Strong hand-eye coordination and the ability to multitask while maintaining quality.
