Seasonal Winery Production Worker

ABOUT THIS COMPANY:

Karma Vineyards is a well-established wine producer in the pacific northwest. Known for being the first Methode Champenoise house in Chelan, Karma has blossomed into producing some of the best sparkling wines across the region. As we prepare for harvest, we’re looking for motivated individuals to join our production team and contribute to our tradition of quality.

POSTED POSITION:

As a Harvest Cellar Worker, you’ll play a key role in our winemaking process, supporting all aspects of wine production while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn and grow in the wine industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist with cellar operations under moderate supervision, including:

• Cleaning and sanitizing tanks and equipment
• Receiving and processing grapes
• Operating winery equipment
• Transferring juice and wine to tanks and barrels
• Topping and maintaining barrels
• Support sparkling wine finishing operations (riddling and disgorging)
• Maintain and organize winery equipment and supplies
• Assist with labeling and final packaging

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors
• Capable of standing/walking for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and moderate noise levels
• Willingness to enter confined workspaces
• Able to follow production procedures and complete tasks efficiently
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
