SALES ASSOCIATE
Do you love wine, great conversations, and creating memorable experiences? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Tasting Room Cultivator to provide exceptional hospitality and drive the wine experience at our winery. This role is all about welcoming guests, guiding them through tastings, and sharing our story in a fun and engaging way.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead guests through wine tastings, sharing insights about our wines and sustainable practices
- Create a warm, welcoming environment that encourages guests to engage with others
- Assist with retail sales, club sign-ups, and guest checkouts
- Set up and maintain a clean, organized tasting room
- Support external winery events and promotions including farmers markets and festivals
- Ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service regulations
What We’re Looking For:
- A people-person with a passion for wine and hospitality
- Community building mindset with excellent communication skills
- Experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be at least 21 years old and able to lift 40 lbs (because wine cases!)

Qualifications
- Ability to lift weights up to 50 pounds (cases of wine & farmer market tents)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills for working in the tasting room
- Alcohol servers permit
- Flexibility in scheduling, including regular availability on weekends and holidays
